EWA is working closely with The Mirage Las Vegas to provide the safest environment possible.
EWA encourages attendees to get tested for COVID-19 before coming to the conference. Attendees should stay home if they have tested positive for COVID-19 or other contagious illnesses such as the flu, RSV or similar. EWA encourages all attendees and others traveling to Las Vegas for the conference to follow CDC guidelines during their trip.
EWA will follow CDC guidance on vaccination and masking. Due to room size and current guidelines, EWA will not be able to provide space for social distancing during sessions, meals, or receptions.
EWA reserves the right to modify or change any guidelines at any time for any reason.
By participating in or attending the EWA National Seminar, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses.
Scholarship recipients may want to consider purchasing travel insurance to reduce the risk of unforeseen events that may prevent attendance. EWA does not reimburse the cost of travel insurance.
